Soleil Homes is comprised of husband and wife, Eduard and Ramona Manea. Together, they founded Soleil Homes as a culmination of their experiences and talents in the real estate and contracting industries. Their pride and joy is their family of 5 and they use their practical experience in the role as parents to personalize design for homeowners with efficiency and functionality in mind.
Meet the Founders
Eduard is a licensed contractor and takes pride in the details. He began his journey in the industry in highschool working on job sites and eventually began running a hardwood flooring company for 11 years. He now enjoys the process of taking a home from start to finish, whether it is a restoration project, a home renovation, or a new build.
Ramona became a designer by trade after designing for several renovations in the metro Detroit area, where she grew up. She enjoys the meticulous work of CAD and sourcing and procuring selections. Her design is most inspired by her European background and travels to France and Italy, but enjoys leaning into the Southern beauty found in Tennessee.

The foundation of Soleil Homes operates from experiences that have shaped Ramona and Eduard- growing up in European households, travels to the Tuscan countryside and the mountains of Romania, growing up near the lakes in Michigan, our love for all Nancy Meyers movies- the beauty and craftsmanship seen in all of these. Moments and memories in our lives shape who we are and how we represent ourselves. We make a point to learn who you are and we infuse it into your home.
